ESL.com offers refunds for return eligible products that are not used and returned within the product return deadline. Return eligible products can be identified by reviewing the product description text where return eligibility and return deadline would appear. ESL.com does not offer refunds for non returnable products such as downloadable digital assets, software licenses or service licenses.
